Banana Baobab Porridge with Forest Berries

You heard about the goodness of baobab powder, you ordered it and now that is in your cupboard, you are wondering - how am I going to use it? Easy! Add it to your porridge.

Here is a simple recipe that will make your bowl of porridge a little more nutritious.

Banana Baobab Porridge with Forest Berries

INGREDIENTS:

PORRIDGE

- 30g oats

- 1 tsp SACO Baobab Powder

- 200g soya milk ( or your favourite milk)

- 1/2 Banana

TOPPING:

- 1/2 Banana🍌

- 1 handful of Forrest berries

- 1 tsp honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Smash half a banana in a bowl; Add the oats, the milk, and stir.

  2. Place the bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes or until nice and creamy

  3. Stir in a tsp of baobab powder

  4. Top the porridge with the other half of the banana, a handful of Forrest berries, and a tsp of honey if you like

  5. Enjoy your breakfast!

TIP: I use the microwave to speed things up in the morning, but you can make your porridge in a pot.
