A couple of days ago I experimented on a Mango and Banana smoothie and used dried mango for the smoothie, which I have to say, was a revelation! The dried mango takes on a lovely filmy and delicate sweetness and the banana adds a lovely creaminess and mouthful of smoothie. To make it more refreshing, I blended the smoothie with cold milk. Alternatively, to make the recipe even more healthy, you could use organic fresh milk near me, which adds an extra sense of treat and deliciousness. The recipe is so light but gives you the vibe of an energy drink because of the feeling. Ideal for breakfast or even after a workout.
