FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £35 (UK only)

Orders under 2kg are shipped with Royal Mail and should be delivered within 3-4 working days from dispatch.

Orders over 2kg are shipped with DPD or DHL and should be delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch.
​
International shipping is shipped with DHL.

PLEASE NOTE: If your parcel has not arrived, please inform us within 7 days of the dispatched day.

Please note that in order to qualify for full refund or exchange, all goods must be in their original packaging, sealed and unopened. Remember to request proof of postage at the post office, as you will be responsible for the goods until we receive them at our address.
We offer full refund excluding cost of delivery. Once the refund is processed, please allow 5-7 working days to receive the payment to the same payment method used to place the order.
Unless you have received faulty goods, we will not be held liable for the return postage.
