Adding a teaspoon of baobab powder to your smoothies it's another easy way to add this nutritious natural ingredient to your diet.
It tastes delicious, the texture is nice and creamy and doesn't take long to make.
- 1 banana
- half a handful of rolled oats
- 1 tsp of SACO Baobab Powder
- 1 glass of soya milk
- 3 tbp of yogurt
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Pour the yogurt and the milk in the blender
Cut the banana in chunks and add to the blender along with the oats, the baobab powder and the maple syrup.
Blend until smooth
Serve in a tall glass
You can add a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie even more refreshing
