Recent studies state that adding a teaspoon of baobab powder to your smoothies could help you stay fuller for longer thanks to its richness in both soluble and insoluble fibre.
This baobab smoothie tastes delicious, the texture is nice and creamy, and doesn't take long to make.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- half a handful of rolled oats
- 1 tsp of SACO Baobab Powder
- 1 glass of soya milk
- 3 tbsp of yogurt
- 2 tsp maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour the yogurt and the milk into the blender
Cut the banana into chunks and add to the blender along with the oats, the baobab powder, and the maple syrup.
Blend until smooth
Serve in a tall glass
Enjoy!
TIP: You can add a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie even more refreshing
