I read your nutty baobab baked oats recipe, and it made the steps look easy and healthy for a quick breakfast or snack. Last fall when I was buried in school and trying to keep up with everything, I had to hire someone to take my online nursing class for a short week so I could still find time to cook and eat well. It reminded me that taking care of yourself helps keep your energy up during busy times.
