Plum and Baobab Baked Oats

A comforting baked oats with plum and baobab – a perfect Autumn treat.

Plum and Baobab Baked Oats by Steph's Gluten Free Bakes

Ingredients

- 50g gluten free oats - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp SACO Baobab powder

- 125ml almond milk (or your favourite milk) - Strawberry Crush flavour drops (optional) - Agave syrup - 1 Plum


How to Make Plum and Baobab Baked Oats


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a small ramekin.

  2. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients with the milk.

  3. Mix until well combined.

  4. Cut the plum in half. Dice on part and slice the rest.

  5. Stir in the diced plum in the mix.

  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared ramekin. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

  7. Add some slices of plum decorate the top and serve
