For centuries, ginger has been used as a medicinal natural remedy to fight all sorts of inflammations and viral infections.
It is a powerful anti-inflammatory that naturally boosts the immune system while reducing inflammation throughout the body and soothing cold and flu symptoms such as sore throat and coughs.
The easiest and most common way to consume it is by infusing it in hot water to make your ginger tea and adding a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Here below, we give you some simple instructions on how to use the ginger flakes to make a delicious and warming ginger infusion.
INGREDIENTS (1 cup)
1 tsp of SACO Ginger Flakes
200 - 250 ml hot water
Honey or favourite sweetener (optional)
Teapot with infuser or Tea strainer
Place the ginger flakes in the teapot
Pour hot water
Let infuse for 4-8 minutes
Squeeze the lemon in the cup
Add honey or favourite sweetener
For a milder or stronger taste, decrease or increase infusion time.
