This is a simple and clean breakfast idea that can do wonders for your guts, especially if you are coming out of an illness and need some probiotics to balance the good and bad bacteria in your digestive system.
150g of Greek Yogurt
½ tsp of SACO Moringa Powder
1 handful of muesli
Pour the yogurt in a glass
Add the moringa powder
Sprinkle the handful of muesli
Cover with a tsp of honey (optional)
Stir gently together
Some nut-based yogurts also contain live cultures, which are added by the manufactures to boost their health benefits. Check the label and look for Lactobacillus and other probiotics to be sure.
You can use agave syrup instead of honey.
